Phoenix Cue 16 splices three quarter with zebrano and rosewood splicing and veneers.
This High-quality hand made snooker cue with a hand selected Ash shaft and Ebony butt. The Ebony butt has 4 splices which is all 100% natural with 4 zebrine splices and 4 additional rosewood splices.
Phoenix don’t dye their wood like others and it’s a quality heavy Ebony with full brass joints and a brass ferrule.
Splicing levels on their cues all have exceptional craftsmanship of the highest order. With Phoenix you can be assured the quality is of the highest order in Snooker cues.
The ash is dried out correctly and not like many in Thailand with both the ash and ebony dried out to match and different types of glues used to reduce or not even see splicing lines.
I’ve done extensive research into quality, splicing and moisture contents in woods and we also use the same principles in our own cue creator cues and select woods from the same suppliers.
