Ebonite Feet for rest heads
If you’re after quality rest head Ebonite feet then these are far much better than the cheap ones around. The thread is much better on them and they come from Peradon in London to fit some of their rest heads.
The Ebonite feet need to be replaced and kept on hand. When you replace a cloth make sure you also check the feet as they become sharp over time and the edges can mark the cloth and scratch it.
I would however recommend using a solid brass rest heads as the nibs to eventually become sharp and mark the cloth.
