If you configure your cue on CueCreator.com and also purchase accessories from WorldCueSports.com.au, we will refund the shipping cost paid on CueCreator.com once the orders are matched (see terms below).

How the shipping refund works
- Place your cue order on CueCreator.com (via the button above) and your accessories order on WCS.
- In both orders, add a note: “Combined order – WCS + CueCreator”.
- After dispatch, we will match the orders by name/email and refund the CueCreator.com shipping cost to your original payment method.
Refund applies when orders are placed on the same day (±48h), with the same recipient and delivery address. Does not cover surcharges for oversized items.
Lead times & currency
- All custom cues are made to order; standard lead time is 12–16 weeks.
- Payments on CueCreator.com are processed in USD. You can pay by credit/debit card and your bank will handle the currency conversion automatically. If you prefer, AUD bank transfer is also available.
