Welsh Snooker John Higgins in Final with John Higgins Winning 6-4 against the up and coming Luca Brecel.

Higgins led the Semi Final 2-0 with 2 century breaks a 101 and a 135 missing the black to knock of Luca’s 140. Back came Brecel showing he is a fighter winning three in a row to lead 3-2. Higgins then played very well and had another century break in winning 6-4.

• “He reminds me of Judd Trump when he first came on the scene,” said Higgins. “He’s got an unbelievable talent.”
• “The conditions were a lot better, and they recovered the table overnight,” he said.
