Luca Brecel has reached the quarter-finals with a 4-3 victory over World Champion Mark Selby. Brecel is the World number 65 and has recently joined back with his former coach Chris Henry and has committed to practice and is showing his promise from early years. In the deciding frame, Brecel built a 46-0 lead then Selby had a chance, but he missed a short range red to a top corner on 20. Brecel kept his composure with a further run of 27.
